Group Executive — Employment Services

Sotir Kondov is the Group Executive leading our Employment Services division, ensuring our people thrive as they support their clients to great outcomes. Through our provider atWork Australia, we deliver Disability Employment Services, Workforce Australia and ParentsNext programs on behalf of the Australian Government across six states and the ACT. Under his leadership, atWork Australia’s employment services now support over 60,000 people.

Sotir joined MedHealth in 2018 to manage the extensive rollout of our disability employment services from 31 locations to now over 340 across Australia. He led atWork Australia’s DES business to great success in finding meaningful jobs for people living with disability, injury, health condition or disadvantage.

Prior to joining atWork Australia and MedHealth in February 2018, Sotir held a range of senior leadership roles spanning 15 years with two of the largest not-for-profit and for-profit employment services providers. Sotir has extensive skills in project management and tender preparation, writing the tender submission for IPAR, which was awarded a DES DMS contract in 2014.

Sotir has a Bachelor of Business Management degree from Victoria University and has completed ‘Strategic Thinking and Action’ and ‘Future Thinking and Strategy Development’ courses with the Melbourne Business School.
