David Thompson

Chief Financial Officer

David is a finance professional with over 30 years of accounting, financial and statutory reporting experience. HIs career has included professional services, consulting, and finance and commercial executive roles in a banking corporations in Australia. He has worked on merger and acquisition opportunities both in Australia and internationally, including three years in the US as the Senior Vice-President of Investment Opportunities for an Australian multinational bank.

David is a Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, holding a Master of Applied Finance, Computing and Corporate Governance diplomas, and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree. He undertakes a number of external non-executive roles – currently a Council member of the Chartered Accountants ANZ, and past Board member and Audit Committee Chair at Victoria Legal Aid. He is also a keen cyclist.
