Ben O’Neill

Group Executive – NDIS Services

Ben’s role as Group Executive of NDIS Services sees him supporting MedHealth’s NDIS businesses with leadership and advocacy, as they work with NDIS participants to get more out of life today.

Ben has developed his leadership career with MedHealth, most recently as the Group Executive for the portfolio of workplace rehabilitation businesses, and previously as General Manager of IPAR, a leading workplace rehabilitation provider within the MedHealth family. With IPAR since 2006, he was responsible for executing IPAR’s strategic business objectives.

His roles have always seen him championing client engagement, ensuring customer relationships are fostered and maintained, and overseeing business development activities. Underpinning this, Ben’s role is to collaborate with the teams he leads to foster a high achieving organisational culture, which maintains customer focus and sustains the performance excellence of the organisation.
